She’s no stranger to going nude, but Karissa Shannon is pissed about the possibility of Spencer Pratt releasing her sex tape with Heidi Montag!!

The Playboy Playmate says,

"There is a sex tape of me and Heidi. It's just me and Heidi, that's it. Me and Heidi were hanging out at her house in Malibu and he came over to pick up some stuff and he 'accidentally' took my camera. I talk to Heidi every single day and I tried to be there for her when she was going through her divorce, but now it's starting to affect my life. Spencer had no right to steal my camera. There are other things on there that I don't want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi. I don't "want people to see it. I don't know, I just wish I'd done it [the sex tape] with Lindsay Lohan. At least it wouldn't be on the market right now!"

Not only is Spencer Pratt planning on releasing a sex tape of himelf and Heidi Montag doing it, he says he also has one of his soon-to-be ex-wife getting it on with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon!!

The tape supposedly shows Karissa and Heidi "all over each other" while drunk at the Playboy Mansion last year - Karissa confirms that such a tape DOES exist, and says that if it ever sees the light of day, she'll sue Spencer.

Canadian rapper Drake is being sued by Playboy Enterprises for what they claim is a copyright infringement in his single, Best I Ever Had!!

The lawsuit, filed against Drake, Cash Money Records, Universal Music Group and Universal Music Group Distribution, claims that the song illegally samples Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds' 1975 song, Fallin' In Love, the rights of which are owned by Playboy...

"Each Defendant either knew, or should have reasonably known, that the sound recording ['Fallin' in Love'] was protected by copyright. Each Defendant continues to infringe upon Plaintiff's right in and to the copyrighted sound recording."
