THE TWO-YEAR-OLD INDONESIAN SMOKER HAS FINALLY QUIT!!

The two-year-old Indonesian smoker has apparently kicked his two-pack-a-day habit!!

Ardi Rizal , who lives in the South Sumatran fishing village of Musi Banyuasin, shocked the world when a video of him smoking was posted on the Internet earlier this year, however, after some extensive therapy, reports say he has quit...

"He has quit smoking and the most important thing is he doesn't ask for cigarettes anymore He received psychosocial therapy for one month, during which therapists kept him busy with activities and encouraged him to play with kids of the same age. We diverted his addiction from cigarettes to playing."

T.I. AND HIS WIFE GET BUSTED WITH DRUGS IN LOS ANGELES!!

 

T.I. aka Clifford Harris Jr., and his wife, Tameka Cottle, were arrested last night!!  

Police pulled over the the rapper (who JUST got out of prison) and his wife on Sunset Boulevard late last night after they smelled marijuana coming from the car - When searching the vehicle afterwards, cops found a controlled substance (methamphetamines & ecstasy), and arrested the couple on felony possession of a controlled substance.

T.I. is currently on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges, so if convicted, this latest charge could send him back to jail for a long, long time!!

THE GUYS FROM WAR ARE GOING TO WAR AGAINST PEPSI!!

 

The guys from War claim Pepsi stole their song for a national ad campaign, and now want $10 million to make things right!!

The group's track, Why Can't We Be Friends?, is currently being used in an ad campaign for Pepsi Max, however, according to lawyers, "the band did not consent to the use of their performance in the spot and the commercial is a deliberate violation of their licensing arrangements."

I guess War's "friendship" is worth $10 million!!

GUNMAN WITH EXPLOSIVES ENTERS DISCOVERY CHANNEL BUILDING!!

A man has entered the Discovery Channel corporate offices in Silver Spring, Maryland with a gun and explosives!!

The building has been evacuated, but there is believed to be a "small group of hostages" taken.

UPDATE 1: The gunman has been identified as James Jay Lee, who was arrested back in 2008 for disorderly conduct during a protest in front of the Discovery building, and has had a grudge against the network for many years because of their programming.

PAPARAZZI IN CALIFORNIA COULD BE HEADING TO JAIL WITH NEW LAW!!

Yesterday afternoon, legislators in California approved a bill that could see thousands of paparazzi get hit with harsh penalties, including possible imprisonment!!

According to the legislation, photographers who break traffic laws or interfere with the operation of a celebrity’s car can receive a maximum $5,000 fine and one year imprisonment...

“We feel this new law will improve public safety in general and hopefully prevent anyone else from getting hurt.”

Now the state’s governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, must sign the act into law before police can enforce it!!

CROCODILE DUNDEE OWES A LOT OF MONEY IN BACK TAXES?!

 

Crocodile Dundee aka actor Paul Hogan says he can't afford to pay even 10 percent of what the Australian Tax Office says he owes in back taxes!!

The actor denies he has done anything wrong...

“I can’t pay 10 percent of what they’re asking. I know they’re absolutely desperate to nail some high-profile character with money to justify the expense to the taxpayer."

Tax authorities claim that Paul owes tax on 38 million Australian dollars, and has issued an order preventing him from leaving Australia until he settles the tax bill!!

PARIS HILTON COULD BE HEADING TO JAIL FOR A LITTLE BIT!!

 

Lindsay Lohan Paris Hilton was arrested (again) over the weekend in Las Vegas after police caught her with some cocaine in her purse!!

According to reports, Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over outside The Wynn Hotel after they saw marijuana smoke coming out of the windows - The driver, Paris' boyfriend Cy Waits, was busted for driving under the influence of drugs, and when cops searched Paris, they found her with cocaine.

Paris has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, and faces a maximum of FOUR YEARS in prison if convicted!!

IZAABELLA MIKO HAS A PENIS-OBSESSED FAN STALKING HER!!

 

Izabella Miko, who is featured every Wednesday on ZackTaylor.ca, has filed court documents claiming some pervy fan has been stalking her!!

The actress claims some guy named Patryk Zubrowski has been stalking her across the country for the past year, and has allegedly even tried to propose to her - As well, Izabella says the guy keeps sending her hundreds of sexually explicit messages on Twitter, which talk about the many things he wants to do to her with his penis.

She is asking the court to keep Patryk at least 100 yards away from her at all times, and keep his "member" IN his pants!!

UPDATE: Izabella tells ZackTaylor.ca, "The guy is a psycho, but we have a court date next week and it should be all taken care of."

CANADIAN IDOL CONTESTANT IS A TERRORISM SUSPECT!!

 

Khuram Sher, who tried out for Canadian Idol a couple years ago, was arrested yesterday as part of an RCMP national security investigation!!

The terrorism suspect told judges on the reality show in 2008 that he hailed from Pakistan and was a fan of “hockey, music and acting.” - A source close to the investigation says that Khuram was trying to form a local terrorism cell to attack Canadian targets.

I knew I should always fear Canadian Idol rejects!!

LINDSAY LOHAN NEEDS TO STAY CLEAN, IN ORDER TO STAY FREE!!

Now that Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab, Judge Elden Fox says she better stay clean or else she's going back to JAIL!!

During today's court hearing, the judge imposed the following ground rules for Lindsay's probation:

-Reside at home until further notice
-Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week
-Participate in psychotherapy 4 days a week
-Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week
-Attend a 12-step program

Seems like she has some VERY BUSY weeks ahead... The judge said if Lindsay flunks her drug & alcohol tests, she'll go back to jail for 30-days per each violation!!

LINDSAY LOHAN IS FINALLY DONE WITH JAIL & REHAB!!

Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after just serving 22 out of 90 days!!

Lindsay was released from her court-ordered rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles today - She left unnoticed through a back door into a waiting limousine and will now have to continue outpatient treatment two to three times per week.

13/90 days in jail, and 22/90 days in rehab... I can't wait to read about the tough time she had!!

GEORGE MICHAEL PLEADS GUILTY!!

George Michael pleaded guilty today in court to drug charges after crashing his car into The Snappy Snaps One Hour Photo Store in London on July 6th!!

The singer admitted that he was under the influence and in possession of cannabis when the police found him "spaced out" at the wheel - The judge stripped him of his license for the next six months and warned that George could be facing some jail time.

At least he owned up to it...The first step to recovery is accepting you have a problem!!

MISS MEXICO WINS THE 2010 MISS UNIVERSE PAGEANT!!

 

Jimena Navarrete aka Miss Mexico won The 2010 Miss Universe Pageant last night in Las Vegas!!

The 22-year-old beat first runner-up, Miss Jamaica, and second runner-up, Miss Australia, to win the crown.

According to reports, the rapper was NOT approved as a candidate for the upcoming presidential election in Haiti!!

Since announcing he wanted to run for President, questions were raised about whether or not he met the country residency requirements; Wyclef was born in Haiti, but left the country when he was 9 and grew up in New York and New Jersey.

SNOOKI WAS ARRESTED FOR ANNOYING PEOPLE!!

Police in Seaside Heights, NJ have finally released the reason as to why they arrested Snooki a couple weeks ago on the beach.

According to the filed reports, they are charging her with disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance, and annoying people... Yes, you read that last charge correctly!!

The trial date is September 8th, and the Jersey Shore star says she plans on fighting the charges / $500 fine so that she won't have to live with the title as "the girl who was arrested for being annoying"!!

WYCLEF JEAN HAS GONE INTO HIDING IN HAITI!!

Following the announcement of his plan to run for President of Haiti, Wyclef Jean has gone into hiding!!

The rapper has reportedly received hundreds of death threats and is currently laying low in Haiti while authorities decide whether or not he’s eligible for the presidential race...

"If not for the earthquake, I probably would have waited another 10 years before doing this. If I can’t take five years out to serve my country as President… then everything I’ve been singing about, like equal rights, doesn’t mean anything. We await the CEP decision but the laws of the Haitian Constitution must be respected."

Wyclef would be one of about 30 different potential candidates in this year’s November 28th election if allowed to run... Vote 4 Wyclef?!

Jersey Shore's Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested earlier today in Seaside Heights, NJ, because he didn't pay his parking tickets!!

Police showed-up (obviously MTV arranged that) to the house where Ronnie was staying and took him into the police station - A press release from the Seaside Heights PD says:

"On August 15, 2010 Ronald Ortiz was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants from two separate jurisdictions... Mr. Ortiz was transported to the Seaside Heights Police Department where he was processed and later released after satisfying the conditions of these warrants."

Lindsay got a DUI before she was legally allowed to drink, and walked into a police station with cocaine in her pocket after allegedly kidnapping a couple of people - However, in a new interview, Dina places the blame on the judge and insists there's absolutely nothing wrong with her daughter's behavior...

"I'm not condoning drinking and driving, but she's still paying the price for what she did in 2007. She's changed. She's grown up considerably. She was in jail for just missing a couple of classes and was working at the time. It's the judge's fault."

JUDGE MARSHA REVEL REMOVES HERSELF FROM LINDSAY'S CASE!!

 

Judge Marsha Revel, who sent Lindsay Lohan to jail & rehab for 90-days, has removed herself from the case!!

According to reports, there were allegations the judge improperly contacted people involved in the case and voluntarily recused herself before lawyers could file any legal papers to have her removed.

I guess Lindsay was "right" when she wrote that message on her nails?!

Charlie Sheen was in Aspen, Colorado earlier today to plead no contest to misdemeanor assault!!

The actor got VERY lucky, and was only given 30-days in rehab, at the upscale Promises Rehab Center in Malibu, California, instead of having to serve those days behind bars in jail.

Obviously Charlie had a much nicer judge than Lindsay Lohan!!

LINDSAY LOHAN IS (FINALLY) OUTTA JAIL AND IN REHAB!!

 

Lindsay Lohan is finally done her long thirteen days behind bars, and is now in rehab!!

The actress was released at about 1:35AM this morning, and then headed straight to UCLA Medical Center to begin her rehab treatment - According to reports, she will be in an intense 90-day specialized program to deal with her psychological and addiction problems.

SNOOKI GETS ARRESTED WHILE PARTYING ON THE SHORE!!

 

Jersey Shore's Snooki was arrested earlier today in Seaside Heights, NJ!!

She was at the beach doing body & beer-bong shots while filming scenes for season three of Jersey Shore when police arrived and arrested her - Law enforcement sources say she was busted for disorderly conduct.

Seems like a setup by me!!

UPDATE: On another note, Jersey Shore scored 5.3 million viewers for its season two premiere last night, making it the biggest season premiere for MTV in seven years!!
