Heidi Klum is now Heidi Samuel!!
Earlier today, a Los Angeles commissioner approved Heidi's legal name change to Heidi Samuel, her husband Seal's surname - The couple tied the knot more than five years ago, and Klum gave birth to their fourth child last month.
Samuel just doesn't have the same ring to it... R.I.P. Klum!!
