It was first reported by ETalk in Canada that 8-time Beijing Olympic gold medalist, Michael Phelps was seeing a 21-year-old from Montreal. Well now ZackTaylor.ca can tell you that the girl's name is Ashley Finestone!!
No word yet on how serious they are, or if Ashley is just lying and making-up some story about a "celeb" she bumped into while on vacation, but I have to agree with Mike's choice in city... Montreal gals are HOT!!
